The Luxury Collection in Grikos Bay truly offers a stunning experience with its beautiful beachfront setting. I loved the spacious room we had, complete with a private terrace that provided breathtaking views of the calm, clear waters. The breakfast buffet stood out, with a vast selection, including fresh fruits and made-to-order options that satisfied our cravings every morning. Staff demonstrated a high level of attentiveness, often checking on us by the beach and ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing day. The architecture throughout the property blended elegant Mediterranean style with modern comforts, enhancing the overall aesthetic. there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise remarkable stay. We encountered ants in the extra bed on multiple occasions, which left it unusable. Despite notifying management, the follow-up was lacking, and the problem wasn't adequately resolved during our stay. I felt that for a 5-star hotel, the management could improve on handling such maintenance issues swiftly. the beach restaurant's food pricing felt a bit high compared to local dining options, which was somewhat disappointing. the hotel is luxurious and offers a fantastic retreat, but I hope they address these service concerns for an even better experience next time.
